We love to get orders from our friends outside of the US and we will ship our fun stuff anywhere! Read below to find out more, and if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to e-mail Chris at

A one-time shipping fee of $34.00 (to Canada) and $31.30 (all other countries) to cover Priority Mail shipping will be added to your order when you check out regardless of how many items you purchase. See Shipping Time and Method below for more shipping information.

All items have an "Add to Cart" button directly below the product's picture. Click this button and your shopping cart will automatically open and you will see the item in your cart (please check to confirm that the correct product has been added). If you would like more than one of that item, please type the desired quantity in the box titled "Quantity" in the shopping cart.

To go back to the Paper Bridge Cards website to add more products to your cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button. It is OK for your computer to close the shopping cart window as it will re-open the next time you put something in your cart or when you click on the Shopping Cart Icon located in the upper right-hand corner of every page.

To remove a product from your cart, click the "Remove" box next to the item you no longer want and then click the "Update Cart" button at the bottom of the quantity section.

When ordering a product that has a color or tag choice, please make sure to make your choice using the dropdown menu located beneath the product's picture before you add that product to your cart.

When you are finished shopping you should return to the shopping cart (if it's not already open) using the Shopping Cart Icon located in the upper right-hand corner of every page.

Once there click the "Proceed to Checkout" button inside the shopping cart window. This will lead you to the PayPal sign-in page, where you can sign in to pay with your PayPal account or pay using your credit card. Do not forget to change your address if you have moved since the last time you used PayPal.

Please also note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay using this method. In this case, please click on the "Continue" button on the bottom of the left side of the PayPal page where it says:

  • Don't have a PayPal account?
    Use your credit card or bank account (where available).

Follow the instructions from here to pay with your personal credit card, fill in your current shipping address, and end your transaction.

NOTE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE TROUBLE WITH PAYPAL OR DO NOT WANT TO USE IT: If you have any trouble with the PayPal website or prefer not to use it, we welcome you to call our office to place your order and give us your credit card information over the telephone: 011-1-828-683-7994. Our normal business hours are 9 - 5 EST during the week, but our office number will ring in our home at nights and on the weekends so feel free to call anytime (we love to hear from our customers!) If you get our answering machine please leave your name and contact number and we'll return your call shortly.

After you complete your transaction you will receive an automatic e-mail from PayPal with a transaction ID number and a confirmation that you have sent Paper Bridge Cards money. If you do not receive this e-mail it is possible that your transaction did not go through. To find out for sure, please e-mail Chris at

We will also send you a confirmation of your order but we prefer to do it the old-fashioned way with a personal note that is usually written by Chris. You should receive this note within 48 hours of ordering, and usually sooner.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS HEADED TO YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS (OR THE CURRENT ADDRESS OF WHOEVER YOU'RE SENDING A GIFT TO). When you receive your receipt from PayPal please make sure that your current and correct address is showing. If any part of your address is wrong there is no need to panic – just e-mail Chris your updated address right away ( and he will make sure your order goes to the right place (if he doesn't e-mail you back within a couple hours please call us at 011-1-828-683-7994 to make sure he got your mail). We will reship any orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address by regular mail.

We ship individual website orders that total $100 or less by Priority Mail within 24 hours of receiving them (apart from weekends, in which case it will go out Monday). Priority Mail normally takes 2 - 4 days, so if you have not received your order in 10 days or less please call or e-mail Chris and he'll look into it. Please also check your PayPal receipt to make sure that your address is correct on your order.

All framed print orders and orders over $100 are shipped by UPS ground and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day we ship so that you know exactly when it will arrive.

If you need your order even FASTER please call or e-mail us for a quote on next-day, 2-day, and 3-day delivery by UPS. We will e-mail you a new PayPal link for the increased shipping charges and make sure your order gets to you when you need it.

1. PayPal — When you are ready to check out from the Paper Bridge Cards website you will be taken to the PayPal website where you can use your PayPal account or your personal credit card to pay. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use their website to pay (see Paying for Your Online Order above).

2. Credit Card — If you do not want to pay online we encourage you to call the Paper Bridge Cards office and we will take your order and payment information over the telephone: 011-1-828-683-7994.

We normally have everything in stock (including all 100+ String Doll Gang characters!) but once in a great while we do run out of something for a short time. If something you order is unavailable, Paper Bridge Cards will immediately notify you to see if you would like us to send it when we receive it, exchange it for a different color or different product, or cancel it from your order. We are happy to refund the full amount of that item if you so choose.

Any product that arrives in less than perfect condition or that you simply do not like may be returned for a full refund. To make a return, please send an e-mail within 3 days of receipt with: 1) your name 2) your PayPal receipt or order date and 3) a brief description of the nature of the problem to:

He will apologize profusely as well as refund the item(s) and pay for the return shipping of any product that is deemed imperfect. Shipping expenses for shipping from North Carolina to the customer will only be refunded if the entire order is found to be damaged.
